She has also extensive knowledge on litigation matters involving Civil and Criminal laws, contract law, consumer law and company law and she has also handled all kinds of litigation matters including civil, criminal and company law matters and has successfully handled large variety of cases and specialized in arbitration matters.

She has substantial experience in transactions pertaining to land acquisition and advised clients on Real Estate related laws and compliances, property laws. She has assisted clients in obtaining necessary approvals from the concerned authorities and vetting, drafting various agreements such as joint venture, consortium, sale deed, lease deed, conducting title search, title deeds, investigation of properties.
