Vandana has also advised clients on restructuring and acquisitions; Negotiating and finalizing various commercial and technical agreements, NDAs, deeds & power of attorneys; Drafting and vetting various JV agreements/ shareholders agreements; Initiate / Defend and pursue legal proceedings, including briefing external legal counsels, prepare case for opinions etc; Conduct exhaustive research on case laws and latest amendments to relevant laws; Tracking legislation, analyzing trends and assessing future legal trends; Framing, reviewing and maintaining a governance process for statutory compliance; Ensuring proper compliances with the statutory requirements and coordinating with the panel counsels for monitoring various cases.
