Shailesh is a member of Corporate, Real Estate & Infrastructure practice team at Adlaw Partners. Shailesh specializes in corporate laws. He has advised clients on legal issues relating to entry strategies in India, FDI rules and regulations, banking related issues, etc. He has also advised clients on issues arising out of setting up infrastructure projects, real estate projects, power projects, structured finance transactions, media and technology laws, employment and labour laws, etc.

Shailesh has negotiated on behalf of clients and structured various cross-border transactions, joint venture agreements, technology and software license agreements, EPC agreements, O & M agreements, etc. He has led several negotiations on behalf of clients in large sized real estate and infrastructure transactions. He has also advised Electricity Regulatory Commission towards the drafting of the regulations under the Electricity Act.
