Sanjeev is a member of Real Estate & Infrastructure and Dispute Resolution team at Adlaw Partners. Sanjeev has substantial experience in property law and transactions pertaining to land acquisition. He has assisted clients in drafting various agreements such as joint venture, term sheet, sale deed, leave and license agreement, lease deed, and conducted title search, title deeds, investigation of properties and advising on stamp duty applicable in India. He has also assisted client in registration of the properties with the appropriate authorities in India.

Sanjeev has extensive knowledge on litigation matters involving civil, consumer law and criminal laws and has successfully handled large variety of cases. He has appeared in various trial & appellate Courts. He has also assisted clients in mediations, conciliations, settlement process to various clients and avoided lengthy litigations.
