Pradeep is a member of the Real Estate & Infrastructure, Dispute Resolution and Corporate Advisory team at Adlaw Partners. He has advised clients on real estate related laws and compliance issues. He has assisted clients in drafting various agreements such as joint venture, consortium, sale deed, lease deed, memorandum of understanding and conducted title search, title deeds, investigation of properties and advising on stamp duty applicable in India.

Pradeep has requisite experience in reviewing various commercial contracts, lease agreements, leave and license agreements, co-developer agreements for developing and managing special economic zones in India. Pradeep has extensive knowledge of litigation matters involving civil law and criminal law, contract law, consumer laws and has successfully handled large variety of cases and specialized in arbitration matters. He has conducted mediations, conciliations, settlement process to various clients and avoided lengthy litigations.
