Karthik is a member of Dispute Resolution and Real Estate Team at Adlaw Partners. He has also extensive knowledge on litigation matters involving civil laws, banking laws, labour laws consumer laws, and company laws. Karthik has appeared before the Trial and Appellate Court prosecuting and defending clients and has requisite experience in terms of Court procedures.

Karthik has substantial experience in transactions pertaining to land acquisition and advised clients on Real Estate related laws and compliance issues. He has requisite experience in reviewing various commercial contracts, lease agreements, Leave & Licence agreements including general corporate. Karthik has also assisted clients in obtaining necessary approvals from the concerned authorities, vetting, drafting various agreements and conducting title search, title deeds, investigation of properties.
